Nomination Programs

Admins can now run nomination-based incentive programs — a new program type where employees nominate their peers for awards, a review committee selects winners, and points are credited automatically. Ideal for Employee of the Month, peer-voted awards, quarterly excellence programmes, or any recognition that benefits from team input.

Create a nomination program, define separate nominator and nominee audiences, assign a review committee, set a deadline, and publish. Eligible employees see the program in their Incentives page, nominate colleagues with an optional reason, and receive a confirmation. When nominations close — manually or on schedule — the committee reviews grouped nominees, selects winners with a personalised message, and completes the program with an optional showcase link.
