One-Off Incentives

Admins can now award points to groups of employees in a single action β€” perfect for project bonuses, seasonal appreciation, onboarding rewards, or quarterly awards.

Create an incentive, choose your audience (everyone, specific people, or segments by team, permission group, or country), set the points and a personal message, and execute when ready. Every eligible recipient receives their points immediately.

  • Target by team, permission group, country β€” or hand-pick individuals

  • Preview eligible recipients and total point cost before executing

  • Optional feed post to announce the incentive workspace-wide

Recognition Analytics

A new Analytics tab on the Recognition program page gives admins real-time visibility into recognition health β€” without leaving the admin console or exporting data.

Five KPI cards show recognitions given, unique givers, unique recipients, participation rate and points distributed for the current period. Below the KPIs, a recognition timeline table lets you drill down by date range, person, team, and company value, with CSV export.

Streamlined Admin Navigation

The admin sidebar now groups Recognition, Celebrations, and Incentives together under a single Programs section β€” replacing the previous layout where they lived in separate sidebar groups.

  • Recognition β€” Rules, Company Values, Budgets, and the new Analytics tab are now tabs on a single page

  • Celebrations β€” Formerly "Bots & Automations", moved under Programs

  • Incentives β€” Unchanged, now alongside its sibling programs
