Performance Appraisal Module

Wanted to check in on the 360 module that you guys shared some time back ago - is that still something that's on the roadmap and is there a demo account we can use to see if it fits our purpose?

Maybe first some context:

MJ's performance appraisal has two broad sections - 1) the typical OKRs, KPIs, deliverables portion (i.e. the WHAT was done) and 2) a section on Core Values/ Leadership + Work-enabling Competencies (i.e. the HOW it was done).

Right now, the second section is particularly problematic given that it's self-appraised + manager-appraised and in order for appraisees to score better in that section, they not only have to exhibit the competency most of the time, they have to have outsized impact (i.e. have to influence the people around them to exhibit that core value as well). Because of this definition, in my opinion, such values / competencies are best measured by 360s.

Anyways, I'm still trying to figure out the best way to organically capture this and to also score it but would love to try out what Praisepal already has out-of-the-box.

Could you let me know if you have some material to send over on this module or if you have a dummy account I could play around with?
